As part of our service, you may receive products, digital access, or support fulfilled by these third-party partners. By purchasing from Recovery Box, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • [P]rehab App: Recovery Box includes a 2-month complimentary membership to the [P]rehab app. A credit card may be required for activation, but you will not be charged during the initial trial period. Cancel anytime before the renewal to avoid charges. Refunds are not available for partially used memberships or during promotional offers.

  • Juniper Health Supplements: All supplement sales are final. Refunds are solely at the discretion of Juniper Health. Risk of loss and title for these products pass to you upon delivery.

  • Ovation Medical Braces: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns page or contact support for assistance.

Items may ship separately based on the fulfillment source. Each product or service is subject to its respective partner's terms and policies.
